[Projects for 1999 and beyond]

Lester D. K. Chow and Associates

Due to our special expertise, working in the Middle East, we are
currently working to help lift the sanctions against Iraq and to
bring the U.S. government and Iraq government to the negotiation
table on matters concerning regional security and trade for Middle
East.

The sanctions have killed over 1.2 million Iraqi civilians, during
President Clinton's term in office.

We are also seeking to assist the people of Kosovo in their plight
of ethnic genocide at the hands of Serbians. We are assisting in
the humanitarian food aid programs.

Tens of thousands of ethnic Albanians (Kosovars) are assumed to have
been killed and well over 650,000 displaced from their homes.

We wish to bring to light the history of Chechnya to Congress as well
as to influence it on Turkish and Middle Eastern affairs; Armenian
and Kurdish issues.

We are current working with the Red Cross to bring food aid to North
Korea and to raise funds for China flood relief efforts. As a
political lobby, we hope to influence U.S. Congress and the Executive
Office of the President in their foreign policy towards China and
regional security issues.

We hope to participate with the U.S. government in the rebuilding of
Vietnam.

We are currently the public relations firm for China's Imperial family
residing in the United States of America and their representative in
Washington D.C.
